Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
  • The item must not be installed, used, or damaged after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect:

  • Special order parts
  • Used or installed spare parts
  • Opened maintenance or cleaning products
  • Custom or made-to-order items

For hygiene and compatibility reasons, certain parts may not be eligible for return once opened or fitted.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive:

  • a faulty item
  • a damaged item
  • or an incorrect product

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item
  • description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution where applicable.

Compatibility Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility before purchasing parts.

We strongly recommend:

  • checking model numbers
  • verifying machine compatibility
  • contacting our support team if unsure

We are not responsible for incorrect purchases made due to compatibility errors by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within:

  • 5–10 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

  • the item is faulty
  • incorrect
  • or damaged upon arrival

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item is faulty
  • incorrect
  • or damaged

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard returns process.
